Light yellow colour with green highlights, very floral and vegetal nose. Lively and powerful on the palate, with aromas of white fruit (pear, peach).

Etienne Boileau, Christian Simon and William Nahan joined forces on 30 June 1987 to create the G.A.E.C Domaine du Chardonnay. At that time, the Domaine had 11 hectares of vines.
In 2002, at the Concours Générale Agricole, the estate was awarded three gold medals for its three appellations d'origines contrôlées, Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru.
In 2003, the Domaine du Chardonnay once again won awards, confirming its expertise.
The three historic partners are retiring in 2019, but the succession is assured... Arnaud NAHAN and Thomas LABILLE are now managing the estate, with a host of new projects.
